RETURNS REFUND POLICY.
Returns
There may be slight variations when you compare your received item to that shown online. Please keep this in mind when considering requesting a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same value.
You are welcome to return/exchange items within 7 calendar days from the day you received them.
To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
If for any reason you need to make a return/exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@dewpointnaturals.co.ke or Whatsapp at +254 739646706 with your reason for return, within 7 calendar days from the date of which you received the item(s).
Please ensure you send the item(s) back to us within 7 calendar days from the date on which you received the item(s).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the status of your refund initiating the same with our payment partner.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dewpointnaturals.co.ke
